All orders will be dispatched within 3-7 days, and will be delivered within approximately 3-28 working days some countries may need longer. Order processing days are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm (GMT+8). Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Shipping notices are sent by e-mail after all orders have shipped for the day.
If the item is not currently in stock, you will see an estimated ship date in the checkout cart. Typically, out of stock items ship in 2-3 weeks.

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they have been shipped. We're always working quickly to pick and pack all orders and during peak seasons and holidays we may have an increased amount of requests. While we will do our best to change your order in time, we can't guarantee that the changes can be made before the order has been shipped.
Please write 'Change Order' or 'Cancel Order' in English as the email's title with your order number.
To get faster response, it's recommended to use the same email address used when placing order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The email contains your tracking number and a link where you can follow the progress.

A signature is requested on delivery for both standard and express deliveries. If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back and then attempt to deliver on the following working days. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange re-delivery.
According to social distancing of COVID-19 to minimize the risk to spread in the community, all tracking service will be delivered to the letterbox or management office. Please check your letterbox or management office if your item status reflects delivered. International shipments will be substantially delayed due to global border closures.
