耳機未能播放音樂 (但有正常提示聲)
手機調節音量時,耳機端沒有響應
通常手機端和耳機端都有屬於自己的音量,而絕對音量(Absolute Volume)
就指的是藍牙耳機和手機連接播放音頻時雙方音量同步,也就是當手機端音量調到最大時,耳機端的音量也是最大。絕對音量也稱媒體音量同步。
在最新的Android 11版本上,我們在藍牙高級設置界面增加了絕對音量的開關,用戶無
須再進入開發者模式打開絕對音量(我們已默認將該開關打開),只需操作藍牙高級設置的開關即可。具體路徑為: 設置 -> 藍牙 -> 點擊右上角彈出選項菜單 -> 高級設置 -> 媒體音量同步,將該開關打開,手機即打開了絕對音量功能喔。
2.Android 10版本及以前版本
针对此Android版本,我们暂未在设置界面增加媒体音频同步开关,需要你动动小指在开发者模式打开绝对音量,具体操作为:
a.打開隱藏的 開發者選項 設置項
首先打开设置 -> 其他设置 拉到最下方,查看是否有 开发者选项 子设置项,如果没有,
請按照如下操作打開:在界面 設置 -> 關於手機 -> 點擊右上角版本信息 -> 點按版本號 7次, 當屏幕下方彈出toast “您已處於開發者模式!”即可。
b.進入 開發者選項:
回到 設置 -> 其他設置 界面,此時界面會有一個 開發者選項 的子設置項,進入該設置界面,下劃並找到 “啟用絕對音量功能”, 打開該開關,手機即打開了絕對音量功能;(打開絕對音量後,請連接音量小的藍牙耳機,調節手機音量到最大,則耳機的音量也調大了,此時再主動關閉掉絕對音量開關,可以避免使用過程中當耳機音量調小時,不小心關閉開發者模式時將絕對音量開關關閉了,再次導致耳機聲音小的問題)。
耳機(或其中一邊)電量很快流失
請確認兩邊耳機(L 及 R) 放入充電倉,然後白色燈長亮。確認充電的時間,至少為一個小時以確保左右耳機都有1足夠電源維持日常使用。
假若耳機電量維持50%電量 , 那電源流失時間會比較快 ,可能會在15分鐘至半個小時之內耗盡電源
*請注意初次使用打開包裝之後 把貼在耳機金屬接觸點的透明膠貼移除,以確保各耳機能正常充電
Bluetooth connection / 藍牙連線問題
The sound skips during playback via a Bluetooth connection / 經由Bluetooth連線播放期間出現跳音
A sound skip may be present not only due to a headset failure but also due to a state of the Bluetooth wireless communication or the smartphone.
Try the following:
- Ensure earbuds is fully charged
- Forget our earphone on your mobile devices and reconnect
- Keep any obstacles, including people, out of the Bluetooth communication path between the headset and the smartphone.
- Devices that use a 2.4 GHz frequency band, such as a microwave oven, a Bluetooth device, and a digital cordless device, may disturb the wireless communication. Move those devices away or turn them off.
- Change the Bluetooth sound quality setting of your smartphone from “High quality” to an option, such as “Standard” or “Priority on communication”. For details, refer to the user manual for the smartphone you are using.
- Restart the smartphone.
- When you are listening to music with a smartphone, exit the unused apps running on the smartphone.
- If multiple devices concurrently access a single Wi-Fi access point for playing music from music services or songs stored on a computer, the network communication speed may slow down. Minimize network use, such as internet access for devices other than the smartphone that is playing music.
- Delete the device information of the headset from the smartphone, and then pair the headset with the smartphone again.
- Because the transmit power of Bluetooth is weak, the signal is easily reflected back in an open place, so the connectivity is better, and
In the partition wall, the Bluetooth signal cannot pass through the wall, and the signal cannot be reflected, which causes the sound skips, or disconnect - Because everyone’s ear shape is a little different, the earbuds are also different when they are worn, such as our BEANS AIR / CARGO 02. The normal way to wear the earphones is to face upwards. However, when some people wear large ears, they may put the earphones horizontally, which may cause the ear sockets to block the antenna position. When the earphones are found to be stuck or disconnected, please adjust the wearing position, then disconnect and re-connect with the device
跳音除了起因於耳機故障外,也可能起因於Bluetooth無線通訊或行動裝置的狀態。
請執行下列操作:
- 請確認耳機電量達到90%或以上
- 刪除手機中與 耳機配對紀錄,、然後重新連接。
- 確保耳機與智慧型手機之間的Bluetooth通訊路徑上無任何障礙物,包括人員。
- 若裝置使用2.4 GHz頻帶,如微波爐、Bluetooth裝置及數位無線裝置,則可能干擾無線通訊。請將這類裝置移至他處或將其關閉。
- 將智慧型手機的Bluetooth音質設定從“高品質”變更成“標準”或“通訊優先”之類的選項。如需詳細資訊,請參閱您智慧型手機的使用手冊。
- 重新啟動智慧型手機。
- 使用智慧型手機聽音樂時,請退出智慧型手機未使用的執行中應用程式。
- 若多台裝置同時存取單一Wi-Fi存取點,以播放播歌服務的音樂或儲存在電腦的歌曲,網路通訊速度可能會下降。除播放音樂的智慧型手機外,請減少其他裝置的網路使用量,例如網際網路存取。
- 從智慧型手機刪除耳機的裝置資訊,然後再次將耳機與智慧型手機配對
- 因為藍牙的發射功率比較小,所以在空曠的地方,信號容易反射回來,所以連接性比較好,而
隔牆,藍牙信號無法穿牆,信號無法反射,所以導致出現跳音,卡頓或斷連。 - 因為每個人的耳朵形狀有一點不同,耳機在配戴的時候也會不同,例如我們的 BEANS AIR /以及CARGO 02 ,正常配戴方法是耳機天線朝上。但有些人耳朵比較大佩戴的時候,有可能把耳機橫置導致耳窩有機會阻擋天線位置,當發現耳機出現卡頓或斷連的時候,請調整配戴的位置,斷開連接後重啟開機連接。
Device not support AAC HD audio format / 手機不支持AAC 高清音效格式
Android and IOS support AAC HD format, but some old model's Android system may not support.

How do I see battery life status on my bluetooth earphones ? 我該如何查看我的充電盒電池循環充電壽命?
Battery life status will be indicated on your smartphone for iOS and most Android devices.
Due to different phone manufacturers has various Android version, you can also download a Bluetooth battery app on the Google Play Store.
A flashing red light indicates that your battery is low.

L and R earphones are paired and enter pairing mode with mobile devices
Earbuds and charging case LED light on = Charging
Earbuds and charging case LED light off = Fully charged
If the charging case is lack of power, connect charging case to your computer or a power supply via a USB cable for charging.

LED solid light= Fully charged
