When BEANS PRO 2 activates the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) mode, it will assign part of the low frequency sound into pin noise frequencies.
So if you want to experience the best sound quality of BEANS PRO 2, we recommend switching to "Ambient Sound Mode Off"

BEANS PRO 2 TO ACHIEVE THE BEST ANC RESULT / 如何達致最佳降噪(ANC)效果
The noise cancellation function is most effective for low-frequency (bass) noise, such as on planes, trains, offices, and near air conditioners, but not all sounds are completely eliminated. In quiet environments, the noise cancellation function is not recommended.
Make sure noise canceling is turned on. Adjust the earbuds position to fit your ears. Noise canceling is effective in the low frequency range, such as on airplanes, trains, offices, near air conditioners, and is less effective for higher frequency sounds, such as human voices.
Replacing the eartips: If the eartips don't fit your ears, the noise cancelling effect won't be good. Please choose the eartips that fit snugly in your ears. When replacing the eartips, try them on in descending order of the size to find your perfect one. Note: The best eartips for left and right ears may not be the same.
Notice: The noise cancellation effect may not be noticeable in very quiet environments. Depending on how the earbud is worn, noise cancellation may vary or beeps (feedback) may be heard. In this case, take off the earbuds and put it on again. When using the earbuds in a train or car, noise may occur depending on street environments. Mobile phones can cause interference and noise. If this happens, keep the earbuds away from the mobile phone. Do not cover the earbuds with your hands. The Noise Cancelling function or Ambient Sound Mode may not work correctly, or a beeping sound (feedback) may occur. In this case, release your hand from the earbud microphone.
1) Please check whether the transparent sticker on the metal contact point of the BEANS PRO 2 has been removed after opening the package for the first time.

3) Please confirm that the charging box has sufficient power. If the charging box is low, the eabuds may not be charged.

4) If you use the non-original charging cable, it may cause abnormal charging due to the different specifications of the Type-C charging cable of each brand. Please use the original charging cable in the package to recharge the charging box.
5) Clean the contact metal points of the charging box or earphones to eliminate abnormal charging caused by stains, please refer to how to themaintainance guide.
BEANS PRO 2 RESETTING AND PAIRING/ 有一邊或兩邊聽不到聲音(重新設定與配對)
1. Delete the pairing record with "THECOOPIDEA BEANS PRO 2" in the phone.
2. Manually turn off the earbuds: Put the earbuds into the case first, then take them out again(it is recommended to wear them for operation), press and hold the buttons on both sides for five seconds, then let go when you hear the prompt sound ("shutting down").
3. Press and hold the left and right buttons again for ten seconds (during the period, you will hear "power on", please continue to press the button and do not release), then you will hear a "beep" on both sides, and the earbuds will automatically turn off.
4. Then, press and hold both earbuds for three seconds to restart, and the earbuds will pair with each other within 15 seconds. The prompt sound "Paring" will be heard, you will also hear a "beep" prompt when the pairing is successful.
5. Reconnect Bluetooth in you phone with "THECOOPIDEA BEANS PRO 2" to restore the audio of the two earbuds.
BEANS PRO 2當有一邊或兩邊聽不到聲音時重新設定與配對的步驟如下:
1. 刪除手機中與"THECOOPIDEA THE BEANS PRO 2"配對紀錄, 2. 手動關閉耳機:將耳機先放入耳機盒,然後把左右耳機從耳機盒拿出來(建議可戴起來操作),兩邊長按按鈕五秒,聽到提示聲音("shutting down")放手。
4. 打開手機,啟動藍牙,與"THECOOPIDEA THE BEANS PRO 2" 鏈接便可以恢復兩隻耳機的音訊。

BEANS PRO 2 ABOUT SOUND INTERRUPTION/ 出現聲音中斷或雜訊的現象
Various things can affect Bluetooth communication and cause noise issues with Bluetooth earbuds. Please follow the corresponding solutions for each of the following possible situations:
1. Please avoid places or environments where multiple radio waves are used, such as near Wi-Fi routers, personal computers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc. If you use headphones with noise cancellation , please turn off noise cancellation.
2. Long distance will affect the Bluetooth reception strength, please keep the Bluetooth device close to the Bluetooth player as much as possible.
3. Streaming music or audio data over the Internet: Streamed music (audio data) is transmitted to the Bluetooth earbuds, so the sound is affected by the communication conditions of the Internet. In addition, playing music or audio data with a large capacity may also affect the smoothness of playback.
4. Using the Bluetooth function when many applications are running at the same time may cause sound interruption or noise. Please close other applications on the playback device to reduce the load.
If you still have problems, follow these steps:
Press and hold the earbuds on both sides for 5 seconds to turn it off, and press and hold for 3 seconds to restart the earbuds. Reconnect the Bluetooth connection on the connected device (such as a mobile phone).

If the remaining power of the earbuds is not enough, please charge the charging case before proceeding with the above procedure.
If the BEANS PRO 2 is not properly maintained, resulting in the accumulation of dirt (such as dust or earwax), the volume, charging, water or dust resistance abilities may be affected. It is recommended that you maintain the earbuds regularly to avoid such problems.
After exercising, please clean the earbuds with a soft cloth dampened with water.
After cleaning the earbuds, place them firmly in the charging case and close the lid.
Note that even though the earbuds are water or dust resistant, the charging case does not. Make sure the earbuds are completely dry before placing them into the charging case.
If the earuds are still wet or humid, do not put them into the charging case for charging, because moisture will enter the charging case, causing short circuit of internal components, or corrosion of the charging case.
Do not leave the earphones in a cold environment to prevent the residual moisture. To avoid malfunction, be sure to dry off any moisture after use.
