Don't put the BEANS DON into Charging case while there is moist. Doing so can cause severe damage to the electronics or housing of BEANS DON. BEANS DON Charging case is not waterproof.
Do not use rough chemical such as soap or cleanser to scrub the product.
Do not dissemble, damage, or expose the product to water or fire. Warranty will be voided by any misuse of the product.
If the battery is expanded or emits smell, stop using the product immediately.
潮濕時，請勿將 BEANS DON 放入充電盒，否則可能導致 BEANS DON 的電子元件或外殼嚴重損壞。BEANS DON 充電盒不防水。

Always store the earbuds in the charging case and safely protected.
Avoid storing the earbuds in hot or cold environments to prevent depletion of the battery capacity.
Avoid storing the earbuds for extended periods of time without recharging them.
If the earbuds or the charging case become dirty, it is recommended to clean them with a soft cloth that has been dampened with clean water.
The OS version of mobile devices may affect performance of BEANS DON, it is recommended to update the OS of your mobile device to the latest version before use.
Store the product in a dry area. Keep away from fire, heat, moist and erosive materials.
Remove from power source once the product is fully charged. Extended periods of over-charging will decrease battery life.
It is strongly recommended to clean and dry BEANS DON properly when it has been exposed to water and sweat.

Various things can affect Bluetooth communication and cause noise issues with Bluetooth earbuds. Please follow the corresponding solutions for each of the following possible situations:
1. Please avoid places or environments where multiple radio waves are used, such as near Wi-Fi routers, personal computers, microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc. If you use headphones with noise cancellation , please turn off noise cancellation.
2. Long distance will affect the Bluetooth reception strength, please keep the Bluetooth device close to the Bluetooth player as much as possible.
3. Streaming music or audio data over the Internet: Streamed music (audio data) is transmitted to the Bluetooth earbuds, so the sound is affected by the communication conditions of the Internet. In addition, playing music or audio data with a large capacity may also affect the smoothness of playback.
4. Using the Bluetooth function when many applications are running at the same time may cause sound interruption or noise. Please close other applications on the playback device to reduce the load.
If you still have problems, follow these steps:
Press and hold the earbuds on both sides for 5 seconds to turn it off, and press and hold for 3 seconds to restart the earbuds.
Reconnect the Bluetooth connection on the connected device (such as a mobile phone).

If the remaining power of the earbuds is not enough, please charge the charging case before proceeding with the above procedure.
各種事物都可能對藍牙通訊造成影響，導致藍牙耳機出現聲音或雜訊問題。請依照以下各個可能情況的對應解決方法進行操作：
在混合多種無線電波使用的地點或環境時，例如Wi-Fi 路由器、個人電腦、微波爐、冰箱等附近，一旦遠離則可避免發生無線電波干擾可能導致之雜訊 ,如果使用具有降噪功能的耳機，請關閉降噪功能。
使用耳機的位置遠離了播放器，例如：在另一個房間。則會影響藍牙接收強度, 請盡可能讓藍牙耳機或喇叭靠近藍牙播放器。
透過網際網路串流播放音樂或音訊資料 ： 串流播放的音樂 (音訊資料) 會傳輸至藍牙耳機，因此聲音會受到網際網路的通訊條件影響。此外，播放容量較大的音樂或音訊資料也可能會對播放流暢度造成影響。

1. Delete the pairing record with "THECOOPIDEA BEANS DON" in the phone.
2.Reconnect Bluetooth in you phone with "THECOOPIDEA BEANS DON" to restore the audio of the two earbuds.
BEANS DON當有一邊或兩邊聽不到聲音時重新設定與配對的步驟如下：
如果沒有聲音，或只有一邊耳機聽到聲音，請依照這些步驟重新配對：
1. 刪除手機中與"THECOOPIDEA BEANS DON "配對紀錄
2. 打開手機,啟動藍牙,與"THECOOPIDEA BEANS DON" 鏈接便可以恢復兩隻耳機的音訊。
i) Bass Eartips
