1. All registration information will be recorded at Hong Kong Time GMT+8.
2. Each purchase can only be registered once. Repeated registration will be counted as one.
3. Participants shall fill in the correct information during registration. Any incorrect information will be deemed void.
4. Once participants have submitted and confirmed the registered information, no change will be allowed.
5. Participants shall keep all entry qualifications for prize redemption verification.
6. thecoopidea will contact you based on the registered email address provided by the participants. If participants cannot be reached due to incorrect information, thecoopidea shall not be responsible for this missed opportunity.
7. All prizes will be shipped by standard shipping, participants may be responsible for import duties, taxes, handling fees, delivery fees (if Hong Kong participants want it to be delivered to residential addresses).
8. For Taiwan and South Korea locations, participants need to provide further personal information for custom clearance of the parcel delivery:
a) Taiwan: Participants need to provide Full Name, ID number, Address in Chinese for parcel delivery and custom clearance.
b) South Korea:
i) Personal custom clearance serial number
ii) ID card number or alien landing certificate number
iii) Passport number.
Please provide one of the above, if you do not apply for a personal custom clearance serial number, or do not provide an ID card number, you can provide the 8 digits of your date of birth instead.
9. thecoopidea will not replace the award if lost or found defected.
10. All prizes shall not be cashed out.

12. Any cancellation or refund of transaction after registration shall not be valid for this promotion activity.
