We offer a 12 months warranty from date purchase on all products sold when the Product is purchased on thecoopidea.com with proof of purchase. All thecoopidea products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship.
We reserve the right to send a replacement product of similar value and design. Warranty replacements are provided based on product availability.
Limitations on Warranty
Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, lack of care, misuse/abuse, modification of the product.
Proof of purchase along with a photo of the damage item, is required to file a warranty claim. On all warranty claims, thecoopidea reserves the right to decline a warranty for insufficient documentation or for product defects that are not verifiable.
Repair and Replacement
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer being manufactured or is out of stock, we may replace your product with a similar or better product at our option.
Some products we made may no longer be in production, and there may be no similar products for your device due to its age. In that event, if you have a proof of purchase, we will offer you a product for an alternate device type of equal or lesser value.
On all warranty replacements, we are responsible for first return shipping charges pay by us, unless you received a defective product. After we checked if the returned product is not defective, we will ship back to you by cash on deliveries, otherwise we will pay.
All warranty returned products (including all the packaging) must be in original.
For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx etc. We will not be responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided.
We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
We do not refund the original shipping charges, unless you received a defective product or we shipped you the wrong item.
Your return the product within 7 days from our authorization. And email the tracking information to us. Please send the item back to us in a timely manner to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, we may decline your return request.
